For Urgent or Emergency Concerns
The new client form is intended for standard appointment intake only. If your pet is experiencing an urgent health concern, please do not wait for a form submission response — call us directly at (207) 989-6531 during regular business hours so we can assess the situation and get your pet seen as quickly as possible. For emergencies outside of our regular hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility in your area.
