Payment is due at the time of service for routine visits and outpatient care. If you have questions about payment arrangements for a specific situation, please don’t hesitate to speak with our front desk team.

Deposits for Comprehensive Care

For treatment plans estimated at $200 or more, or for any care that requires your pet to be admitted to our hospital, we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before treatment begins. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of discharge.

We understand that unexpected veterinary expenses can be stressful, and our team is here to walk you through estimated costs before treatment begins so there are no surprises. Transparency about pricing is something we take seriously — because we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Outstanding Balances & Collections

To keep our practice running smoothly and our focus where it belongs — on your pets — we ask that account balances be addressed in a timely manner.
Accounts with outstanding balances older than 60 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge
Accounts 90 days past due may be referred to a third-party collection agency

If you’re facing difficulty managing a balance, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible so we can work together to find a solution.

Returned Check Policy

A $25 fee is assessed for any returned checks. If you have concerns about a payment, please reach out to our team before your appointment so we can discuss alternatives.
